UECDC provides free quality educational programing including: career counseling, community cultural events, neighborhood gardens, youth programs, Adult Basic Education, English as a Second Language (ESL) and General Education Development courses.

Pre-Employment Training

Job seekers work with our employment specialist to improve their employability in the areas of resume writing, attendance, interpersonal communication, safety and other work related issues.

Adult Learner Programs

Our Adult Basic Education classes provide remedial one-on-one education assistance for untraditional students working towards gaining technical language and math skills geared for specific types of employment. Classes run weekdays  9-12pm.
