Walking In Black History is a Non-Violence Tolerance Educational Program. Every June, the Urban Erie Community Development Corporation /E.F. Smith Quality of Life Learning Center takes about 40 students from Erie, PA to Selma, Tuskegee, Montgomery, Alabama & Atlanta, Georgia to learn about the Civil Rights Movement. Students have an opportunity to visit historical places such as: Rosa Parks Museum, Martin Luther King Center, Sixteenth Street Baptist Church, and many other historical places. FUN & EDUCATIONAL!!!
